Need a last-minute booking? No problem! Contact us via WhatsApp at least three hours before your desired playtime.

Please note: Without an online reservation, we cannot guarantee availability.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Up to 4 days (96 hours) before your booking: you can cancel or make changes free of charge.
96–24 hours before your booking: cancellations or changes are still possible, but 40% of the booking value will be charged.
Last 24 hours before your booking: unfortunately, no cancellations or changes are possible → no refund.
After the event: cancellations are not possible → no refund.
No-show: no refund will be issued.
